Shipping and Delivery
We deliver within Hong Kong only. All deliveries are provided without additional charges.

While we aim to meet these timelines, external factors such as weather or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery schedules.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are processed via bank transfer. We will request your bank details through email. Once received, the refund is processed within 1 business day, and the amount typically reflects in your account within 7–8 business days, depending on your bank.
